What is a Life Coach….?

A Life Coach is much like a sports coach. Just as a sports coach helps a player or team to perform to their full potential, my job is to help you uncover your amazing potential, and to use the resources within you to create the life that you want for yourself.

You are brilliant!

You have everything you need to create the life you want. If you cannot see it, or have trouble believing this, then a good life coach can help reveal it to you. If you already know that you have what it takes, but you don’t have the results you want, despite having tried your best, then a good life coach can help to you to transform your way of thinking and behaving, to support the results you desire.

If any of the following statements apply to you, then my Personal Breakthrough Process could be the solution for you:

  • I can’t do it…
  • My life is not what I would want it to be…
  • I have too much stress…
  • I have a phobia which stops me from doing things…
  • I have no control over my emotions…
  • I am an angry person…
  • I have low self esteem…
  • I make self limiting decisions…
  • I have limiting beliefs…
  • I cant move forward because of my past…
  • I am stuck…
  • I cant make decisions…
  • I cant stop feeling guilty…
  • I never have enough money / I want more money…
  • Other people are always hurting / destroying me…
  • I keep making the same mistakes…
  • My relationships never work out…
  • Even though my life seems good, I am unhappy…

Would one need a life coach if they are relatively happy with themselves? If they do how would one benefit?

      Thanks for your question David,
I think everyone can “benefit” from coaching, not that anyone necessarily “needs” it.
The benefits of Life Coaching is very similar to the benefits of Sports Coaching. Most people can learn a sport and enjoy playing it at a casual level. However, if they choose to improve their game, then it helps to have a pro or a coach to guide them and teach them better technique, to iron out the flaws in their game. Each player has a choice, is he/she happy to hack their ball around a golf course, or do they want to refine their swing and improve their game?

If someone is content with being “relatively happy with themselves”, then that’s fine. But what if you have the opportunity to upgrade to feeling “completely happy”, or “extremely happy” with yourself? We each of us have the choice… and if you want to change and grow, then a good Life Coach can assist you, and show you the way.
